I’m real glad that I have come across your site. I’ve been looking for answers to my questions. It’s about an issue within the company I work with. Our company is reducing its work force, so they decided to redundiate 50 employees. After realizing that they made a big mistake, they called back the employees and asked them to work again. They threatened that the employees will never receive any severance pay and that their only option is to go back to work. Do the employees have the right to decline and still be able to receive the separation pay? Thanks in advance. I will look forward for your answer.
